Terms acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Usoftgaming N.V. (the "Operator"), which runs the website playhubs.net (the "Website"). The Operator acts under the reference CGA/2025/1353/1345 of the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.

By opening, browsing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately.

You confirm that you are of legal age under the laws that apply to you and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Website is lawful in the place where you are located.

The Operator may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The amended version takes effect once it is published on the Website. Continued use of the Website after publication means that you accept the amended terms.

Use of website

You may use the Website only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes, and in line with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not:

• use the Website in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total liability of the Operator to you is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

You agree that the competent courts of Curaçao have jurisdiction over any such dispute, unless mandatory rules of law give you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect. A failure by the Operator to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
